Return Policy
You may return most unworn and unwashed medical uniforms, professional shoes, and uniform accessories purchased from Greg’s Uniforms of Jacksonville within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (except on final sale merchandise). Refunds for debit and credit card purchases will be credited back to your card. If you do not have a receipt, you may do an even exchange if we have the merchandise in stock, or you may receive an in-store credit. Please note that merchandise that has been washed or worn, including medical uniforms and professional shoes, cannot be returned or exchanged (defective items are exempt).
Shoe Exchanges & Returns:
To ensure eligibility for the return or exchange of your professional shoes, please try them on indoors on a clean, carpeted surface before wearing them outside. This way, you can confirm the fit while preserving the soles in new condition.
All returns must be in the original packaging and in the same condition as received. We are unable to accept returns on worn or used merchandise, including medical uniforms. Defective items are excluded from this policy and will be handled accordingly.
Special Order Exchanges/Returns: Please note that there are no refunds or exchanges on items that we do not stock.
Uniform Accessories Exchanges/Returns: We do not accept returns or exchanges of any uniform accessories such as stethoscopes, BP cuffs, socks, and hosiery, with the exception of defective items.
