Return Policy
- You may return most unworn and unwashed items purchased from Greg’s Uniforms of Jacksonville within 30 of delivery for a full refund (except on final sale merchandise). If you purchase with a business check there is a 10 business day waiting period before money can be refunded.
- Debit & credit card purchases will be credited back to your card. Without a receipt you may do an even exchange providing we have carried the merchandise or you may have an in-store credit. Merchandise that has been washed or worn cannot be returned or exchanged (defective items are exempt).
- Shoe Exchanges/Returns: Be sure to try your shoes on indoors on a clean carpeted surface before wearing them outside. This will allow you to test the fit without risk of damage. Any product you wish to return must be in its original packaging and in the exact condition in which it was received. We cannot accept returns for used merchandise (defective items are exempt).
- Special Order Exchanges/Returns: No refunds or exchanges on items that we do not stock.
- Accessories Exchanges/Returns: We do not return or exchange any stethoscopes, bp cuffs, socks and hosiery (defective items are exempt).
